About the consultations

Silent Guide is the brand and project name. The services presented on this website are provided by Rostyslav.

This website is informational. No payment is taken and no service agreement is concluded through the site. Sending the form is only a first contact. If you decide to go ahead, the specific service, price, timing and payment method are agreed separately with Rostyslav.

The services and prices listed on this website are not a public offer.

Silent Guide offers two formats of work: a live consultation or a prepared written reading. Each service page explains what is included, how long it takes, and what you receive.

After your first message, Rostyslav agrees the service, the price and, where relevant, the consultation time or delivery timeframe with you separately. Payment happens outside the website, after that agreement.

The decisions you make after a consultation or a reading are yours.

Limits of the method

Silent Guide services do not replace medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, legal advice or financial advice.

We do not diagnose, we do not advise changing or stopping prescribed treatment, and we do not give legal or financial advice. If a request goes beyond the scope of this work, we will say so plainly and suggest seeing the appropriate specialist.

In an astrological reading we speak about tendencies, not about guaranteed events. We do not guarantee any particular outcome of the work or of the decisions you make.

Payment

Payment is made before the work begins — before the consultation, or before Rostyslav starts preparing the reading. He sends the payment details once we have agreed on the service and, where relevant, the meeting time or delivery timeframe.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You can reschedule at no cost if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

If you cancel before the work has started, we refund the payment in full.

If you do not attend and do not let us know, the payment is not refunded.

If Rostyslav reschedules, we offer a new time; if it does not suit you, we refund the payment in full.

Refunds

After a consultation

If, after the consultation, you are not satisfied with the service you received, tell Rostyslav before the conversation ends, or right after it.

Say specifically what you were not satisfied with: which part of the consultation you disagree with, what did not match the format we agreed on, or what you expected to receive and did not.

If your reason relates to the consultation provided, we refund 100% of the amount paid.

You do not need to prove anything or provide documents — stating a specific reason is enough.

Written readings

If you decide not to proceed with the written reading before you receive it, we refund 100% of the amount paid.

If you have already received the completed reading and you are not satisfied with it, let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. Say specifically what you were not satisfied with: which part of the reading you disagree with, what did not match the format we agreed on, or what you expected to receive and did not.

If your reason relates to the reading provided, we refund 100% of the amount paid.

You do not need to prove anything or provide documents — stating a specific reason is enough.

These rules do not limit any rights you have under the law.

Use of the website

The original texts and materials on this website are protected by copyright. You may quote short passages and share a link to the site; reproducing the materials in full, or presenting them as your own, is not allowed.

The materials on the site are general: they are not a consultation and do not take your particular situation into account.

Prices and what is included in each service may change. Changes do not affect work you have already paid for.
