Astropsychology

This area is about how your reactions, familiar patterns, and the way you interact with others influence the situation you are in.

It helps you understand yourself better: your reactions, your strengths, what pulls you in different directions, and familiar patterns in relationships.

But it is not only about understanding yourself. How you react, what you choose, and what you repeat can also influence how a situation develops — and that may be where your sphere of influence lies.

You can turn to astropsychology when you want to change something in your life, work through an important question, find your own direction, understand your needs better or learn to accept yourself.

Here the natal chart is neither a verdict nor a ready-made answer, but a tool that helps you explore this.

What this area works with

  • Your question
  • Inner patterns
  • Patterns that repeat
  • Relationships
  • Choices
  • Reactions
  • Resources
  • Transitions
  • Interaction with others
  • Your sphere of influence

How the work goes

  1. The work begins with your question. It does not have to be perfectly worded.
  2. Together we look at what may be shaping it: patterns, reactions, relationships, choices and resources.
  3. The natal chart helps you see connections and context — as a tool for exploration, not a verdict.
  4. The focus stays on what you can influence. The decisions remain yours.

What this work may offer

  • A clearer sense of your question: what may be repeating, how you respond to it, and the choices you make.
  • A view of your part in the situation: what may be within your influence and what may not.
  • Points of reference you can draw on when deciding what to do next. The decisions remain yours.

Questions

What is the difference between astropsychology and astrology?

These are two separate areas, each looking at a different level of the question. Astrology looks at the outer side of a situation: periods, tendencies, circumstances, and how events may unfold. This is where predictive methods are used — transits, solar returns, and rhythm analysis. Astropsychology looks at your part in the situation: how you react, the choices you make, which patterns repeat, and how you interact with others. Here the natal chart is a tool for exploration, not a verdict. Sometimes it is useful to look at the same question at both levels. We say so directly — but the two areas remain separate, and you always know which type of work you are choosing.

Will I be told what to do?

No. The decision always remains yours. A consultation helps you see the situation more clearly, but it does not make decisions for you.

Can I come without a clearly formulated question?

Yes. You don't need to arrive with a perfectly formulated question — it can be clarified along the way.

How is this different from seeing a psychologist?

A Silent Guide consultation is not psychotherapy and does not replace support from a psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist or doctor. We do not diagnose medical or mental health conditions. If you need this kind of support, please seek help from an appropriate professional.

Can relationships be explored?

Yes. You can come with questions about relationships. We explore the interaction and your part in that dynamic, without making categorical claims about a person who is not part of the conversation.

The other area

Astrology

This area is about your relationship with the world around you and the periods you are going through. It is not a prediction of “what will definitely happen”, but a way to see possible tendencies, context and ways events may unfold.
