Who is responsible for your data

Silent Guide is the brand and project name. Silent Guide services are provided by Rostyslav, who is also responsible for the processing of personal data in connection with this work.

Within Silent Guide, only Rostyslav has access to this data. Some data is also processed by the technical services needed to run the website, email and form, as described below.

What data the website receives

The website collects only minimal first-contact data — through the form on the “Get started” page:

• your name;
• an email address for the reply;
• your message.

When you open the website, Netlify, which hosts it, processes the technical data needed to load the page and to keep the service running and secure. Silent Guide does not combine this data with what you leave in the form.

The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your currency choice is stored in your browser and is not sent to Silent Guide.

Why this data is needed

To reply to your request and agree on the format of the work, the time and the price.

We use this data to reply to your request. If you then want to continue the conversation, it may also be used to agree on next steps.

We do not send newsletters or share your data with other companies for their own marketing.

Data needed for the consultation

The data needed for the work (including your date, time and place of birth) is not shared through the website. You share it after the first contact, in Telegram or Signal — whichever suits you.

We keep data and materials retained by Silent Guide for no longer than necessary for the purpose you shared them for — as a rule, we delete them shortly after the work is completed. If you explicitly ask us to keep them for a future request, we keep them for longer. You can ask for them to be deleted sooner at any time.

The work counts as completed once the 3 days for follow-up questions after the consultation or after receiving the reading have passed, or once the work has been cancelled.

This covers your birth data, the correspondence on our side (including the emails from the form), our copy of the prepared reading and the working notes.

Within Silent Guide, working copies of the data may be kept on Rostyslav’s working device, in the work mailbox and in the agreed messaging channel. Only Rostyslav has access to them on Silent Guide’s side.

Where form data goes and how long it is kept

Messages from the form arrive in the Silent Guide work mailbox in Gmail, and Rostyslav answers from there. Within Silent Guide, Rostyslav is the only person with access: there are no shared accounts and no assistants.

The form message and Rostyslav’s email replies are sent by Resend, a technical email service. Emails to silentguidestudio.com addresses are forwarded to the same mailbox by the domain registrar, Dynadot.

If the request leads to work together, the emails are deleted along with the rest of the data for that work. If it does not, they are kept for no longer than a month after the last message in the exchange, and are then deleted.

If needed, the conversation continues in Telegram or Signal, as agreed separately.

How to delete your data

Usually there is no need to ask: we delete the data within the periods described above.

If you need it deleted sooner, write in the same channel you used to share the data, or to the address for personal data requests. Rostyslav will delete it and confirm that it is done.

The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics — analytics without cookies.

Write to privacy@silentguidestudio.com if you want to know what data about you we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We respond to data requests within 30 days; early deletion requests are handled as quickly as possible.
